Metykó Tibor is Deputy CEO for Commerce at Libri-Bookline. In his current position, he is responsible for the company’s total revenue, while his scope of responsibility also includes retail store, online and B2B sales, as well as marketing, procurement, inventory management and customer service.

Over the past 20 years, he has held expert, regional and global leadership positions at several multinational and major Hungarian companies, primarily in the energy sector, E.ON, telecommunications, Vodafone, UPC, Nokia, and retail, Euronics, covering nearly all areas of marketing and commerce.

He is strongly committed to actively representing the value of marketing and the interests of the professional community. Since 2024, he has been a Board Member of the Hungarian Marketing Association. He is a regular speaker at professional and business conferences and has been continuously listed among the TOP 50 most successful marketing decision-makers since 2020. He is the author and patron of the first-of-its-kind PR Trend Report, first published in 2021, and the Marketing Trendbook, first published in 2023. He is also the section editor of the 2025 Marketing Trendbook. As someone personally affected, supporting people living with neurodiversity is also important to him. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the KIKAPCS. Foundation, which supports families of children with special educational needs.
