Ing. Mgr. Markéta Foldyna Hellová MHA is a prominent healthcare expert and manager, serving as the Director General for Healthcare Technologies at the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic [mzd.gov.cz]. Her professional focus lies in the modernization of the Czech healthcare system, digital transformation, and the safe, practical integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and telemedicine into patient care 

Prior to her current government role, she led the Contractual Policy Department at the Military Health Insurance Company (VOZP), where she was responsible for the strategic management of the healthcare provider network and quality of care assessment. As a dedicated AI ambassador and officer, she frequently conducts workshops and training sessions focused on digitalization, process automation, and efficiency enhancement. In her current ministerial capacity, she overseas the systemic implementation of innovative technologies, alongside managing national pharmaceutical policy and the regulation of medicines and medical devices.
