Since 2020, he has been building and leading Trendency’s Data and UX&UI business units. His teams cover a broad spectrum across multiple industries, ranging from classic web analytics and analyses involving massive amounts of data to proprietary AI solutions, as well as from research to the design of complete customer journeys and interfaces.
Prior to this, he spent more than a decade on the client side at telecommunications companies, where he was responsible for digital areas. In his work, data-driven thinking and an analytical mindset are combined with creative content creation. A central element of his professional mission is to serve the needs of real users, rather than algorithms.
