Dr. László Buda, PhD, is a psychiatrist, psychotherapist, author and speaker. He is a former university department head and professor, and the creator of the SzomatoDráma® and Ultrarövid Terápia® methods. He is the author of the bestselling books "Mit üzen a tested?", "Mit üzen a lelked?", "it üzen az életed?" and "Sorsfordító találkozás önmagunkkal."
He currently focuses primarily on developing and teaching modern self-awareness and therapeutic methods, giving educational lectures and writing books. Recently, his work has also explored the relationship between AI and the human psyche. He gives lectures, interviews and publishes on this topic as well.
