Gitta Perényi

Perényi Gitta is a psychologist and psychopedagogical therapist who completed her studies at Eötvös Loránd University and the University of Debrecen. She has nearly two decades of professional experience in the assessment and development of children, and her work now also extends to providing psychological support to adults.

Her professional practice and research focus on the intersection of psychology and technology, with particular emphasis on the psychological effects of digital devices, attention, human behavior, and the psychological factors underlying technology use. Throughout her career, she has also been involved in the psychological and developmental applications of digital solutions.

Her research explores the new challenges created by a rapidly changing, technology-infused environment, as well as the opportunities it offers for supporting human development and mental well-being.
