Gabriella Dalos-Kovács is an AI governance and AI strategy consultant, specializing in the development of corporate AI organizations. As an educator and mentor, she is one of the key professional contributors to the first AI governance-focused training programs in Hungary. She helps companies ensure that the use of artificial intelligence is not treated as isolated experimentation or a compliance risk, but as a regulated, measurable, and business-value-driven capability. Her work focuses on AI governance, preparation for the EU AI Act, AI management systems based on the ISO 42001 approach, AI literacy programs, and corporate AI implementation models. She places particular emphasis on how AI use cases can be evaluated in terms of business value, risk, compliance, human oversight, and ROI. Gabriella has several years of experience in technology, project management, and corporate transformation within the telco and ICT sectors. In her talks, she approaches AI adoption from a practical, business, and governance perspective, focusing on how AI can be integrated into corporate operations consciously, in a controlled manner, and at scale.
