Krisztián Steigervald has been working with generational research since 1999, first as a researcher and later as a consultant. Today, he contributes to the work of numerous companies as a trainer, mentor, and speaker. He is the author of three successful books: Generációk harca (The Battle of Generations), published in 2020 and now in its 14th edition; Generációk harca a figyelemért (The Battle of Generations for Attention), published in 2023 and currently in its 7th edition; and his 2025 book Szülői generációk harca – Hogyan értsük meg magunkat? (The Battle of Parental Generations – How Can We Understand Ourselves?), which explores the relationship between parents and children. His engaging presentation style has made him highly successful not only in the B2B sector, but also at large-scale public events. Through his talks, he aims to provide practical advice on understanding different generations to the widest possible audience, including the corporate world, educators, and anyone interested in the topic.
