Csaba Livják is an architect, building and mechanical engineer, lead designer, and innovator, widely recognized for his expertise in BIM technologies and construction industry digitalization. His professional mission is to establish a new digital integrator role in the AEC sector—one that reorganizes the construction value chain around a centralized data model supported by an integrated software ecosystem and structuredmethodologies. This approach enables seamless collaboration from early design through project delivery and into facility management. Building on his extensive industry experience, he founded BuildEXT Ltd., where he serves as Managing Director. The company employs over 60 full-time professionals and coordinates a broader network of approximately 200 engineers, delivering BIM-driven solutions for more than 300,000 m² of technologically complex buildings and an additional 60,000 m² of interior projects annually.
