Sama Tanveer is the Founder and Managing Director of Train the Future UG, a Berlin-based EdTech company preparing children and teenagers for the future of technology through programming, robotics, artificial intelligence, and digital creativity.
She is a Female EU EdTech Fellow, PMP-certified professional, and product/data analytics leader with experience across EdTech, financial data, market research, and consumer insights. Sama holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from Central European University in Budapest and has previously worked in product analytics, data analytics, and market research roles at organisations including Degreed, MSCI, and Nielsen.
Through Train the Future, Sama has built one of Berlin’s emerging future-skills education platforms for young learners. Her work has been featured by Berliner Wirtschaft/IHK Berlin, and Train the Future has been recognised as a “Digitale Schule” by MINT Zukunft schaffen, ranked among Berlin’s top children’s activities by Top10 Berlin and Kindaling, featured by RBB Abendschau, recognised for Girls’Day engagement, and represented in robotics and coding initiatives including the World Robot Olympiad and EU Code Week.
At AI Summit Budapest, Sama will speak about how AI tools are changing the work of IT professionals, which skills will matter next, and how educators, companies, and young professionals can prepare for the AI-driven future of work.
