Business Analyst, Lean Six Sigma and AI Implementation Expert

Tóth Zoltán Márton has more than 20 years of experience in logistics and process optimization. He gained his professional experience primarily at large corporations, including Caterpillar Logistics, Neovia Logistics, Magyar Posta Zrt. and MVM Zrt.

In recent years, he has regularly delivered presentations on digital transformation, value stream mapping (VSM), the identification of bottlenecks, and the application of artificial intelligence in process optimization.

In 2024, together with his team, he received a special award in the “BA Team Methodological Development” category at the Business Analyst of the Year 2024 awards.

He currently works as a Lead IT Business Analyst, mainly focusing on the business support of AI-related needs and initiatives.

His areas of expertise include process mapping, value stream mapping (VSM), and supporting decision-support systems with generative artificial intelligence.
