Gábor Décsi has been the CEO of Dome Group since 2004. He has a master’s in architecture and building engineering, with postgraduate studies in economics. Before Dome, Décsi spent 10 years at the leading Hungarian multinational software developer Graphisoft, where he was the head of product management for the firm’s facility management software (hence his commitment to the profession). Since its launch, Dome’s revenue has increased from EUR 100,000 to more than EUR 32 million, and it has become a 700-person employer. Under Décsi’s leadership, the firm has developed its flagship FM division, complemented by energetics, project management, and PropTech divisions. Dome runs some of Hungary’s most extensive FM mandates. The company has won the “Facility Management Company of the Year” prize five times in the past decade. Besides some non-profit positions, Décsi was elected the vice president of LEO, the Hungarian Facility Management Service Providers Association, and is the co-founder of 21st FM, a European regional FM alliance. He is a qualified member of the International Royal Institute for Chartered Surveyors and was a member of its Hungarian board between 2019 and 2023. Décsi is also a member of the Radnóti Foundation board. He has three children, does several sports activities, and likes traveling.
