Csaba Livják is an architect, civil and mechanical engineer, chief designer, innovator, and a recognized expert in BIM technologies. His personal mission is to establish a new role for a digital integrator in the construction industry—an approach that, through a software ecosystem and methodology built around a central data model, fundamentally redefines the operation and efficiency of the construction value chain, from design and project management to facility management. Drawing on his extensive professional and industry experience, he founded BuildEXT Ltd., where he serves as CEO. Today, the company has nearly 60 permanent staff members and coordinates the daily work of around 200 engineers. Through pilot projects, they deliver practical, real-world examples, creating more than 300,000 m² of technologically complex buildings and an additional 60,000 m² of interior spaces each year. The methodology and project platform implementation expertise developed by BuildEXT play a leading role in construction industry digitalization at the European level, significantly contributing to the success of their partners and to the advancement of Hungary’s construction sector.
