Dr. Tamás Palicz earned his medical degree from the University of Debrecen in 1993 and became a specialist in internal medicine in 1998. Following his clinical years, since 2000 he has been engaged in the design, implementation, and monitoring of EU-funded projects. Since 2003, he has served as an executive in healthcare and public administration institutions. His main field of interest is leading organizational change in human service–providing institutions and managing the related projects. In recent years, in addition to examining the digital transformation of healthcare, he has also focused on cybersecurity issues in healthcare organizations.
