Viktor Buzna is a senior researcher at the Connectivity Research Group of the Hungarian Institute of International Affairs. His areas of expertise include the power rivalry between the United States and China and the impact of emerging technologies on international relations. He previously studied in Beijing and is currently a doctoral candidate at National Sun Yat-sen University in Taiwan. He has conducted research in several other countries in the region and has participated in conferences. As a journalist, he has reported from conflict zones, Hong Kong, and the Philippines.
