András Wein has been working in the Hungarian defense industry since 2023. In addition to his initial process and change management activities, research into new procedures and solutions and their implementation in practice became increasingly important, so as head of research and development at the HM EI group of companies, research into future trends also became a focus area. A mechanical engineer and economist, he previously managed production, supply chain, and sales departments at domestic and foreign multinational companies and held senior management positions in the freight forwarding, metalworking, and logistics sectors.
