Dániel began his career in business development in Seattle, USA, before joining Telenor’s customer centricity team, where he specialized in customer experience development. He contributed to several major projects, including the development of streaming services, the launch of a financial solutions app, and a company-wide transformation program. Subsequently, he took on roles at OTP Bank as a Product Owner in digital customer experience and product development projects, then gained further expertise as a management consultant and later as Head of Patient-Centered Digital Developments at Egis Pharmaceuticals. In his current role, he focuses on connecting CX with digital innovation – including AI – to deliver sustainable and value-creating customer experiences. He strongly believes that AI will bring a true breakthrough to the field and fundamentally reshape the relationship between companies and their customers.
