Norbert Gaál is a digital innovation strategist, Co-Founder and CEO of First Principle Incubator, and Co-Founder of the AI Budapest project. He began his career in the startup scene as a UX designer, later moving into corporate digital transformation within the Hungarian financial sector. Today, he continues to serve as a senior digital advisor to several financial institutions. Norbert’s strength lies in his ability to combine strategic thinking with practical implementation: he has both a clear view of large-scale system architectures and the “first principle” solutions that create real business value. A central focus of his work is digital sovereignty and the development of Hungary’s AI infrastructure. He contributes to shaping data center and artificial intelligence strategies that are of key importance to the Hungarian economy. His guiding belief is that AI is not merely a technology, but a new business and social paradigm—one in which responsibility, awareness, and long-term thinking are of fundamental importance.
