Róbert Vági graduated from the Faculty of Humanities at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE). After his university studies, he started his career in the media sector: at the Budapest Business Journal and Turizmus Kft. (a professional trade publisher), where he was responsible for event sales, and later at Origo Zrt. (then majority-owned by Magyar Telekom), where he became Head of Digital Sales. He joined Central Médiacsoport in 2018, and since January 2021 he has been serving as the company’s Deputy CEO for Operations. His role in professional advocacy is also significant: he was a board member of IAB Hungary between 2019 and 2021, and again from 2025 onwards. For many years, he has been a prominent figure on Marketing & Media magazine’s TOP50 Most Influential Media Executives list.
