Balázs Sólyom's career began in 2009 at Invitel, where he first worked as an intern and then, from 2010, as an online marketing consultant. In 2013, he was asked to head up the online division, a role he held until January 2017, when he continued his career at UPC as online director. In addition to developing and improving web shops and online customer services, he is also credited with creating a complex data-driven digital advertising ecosystem. In April 2020, he joined Trendency to build and lead the Data Science and Analytics business unit, and later also took on the UX&UI area. They primarily focus on the media and gambling sectors with their data-driven solutions. In the media sector, in addition to supporting editors, conducting extensive competitor analysis, and developing predictive solutions, he also works with his team on developing monetization opportunities. In addition, he teaches digital performance measurement at Metropolitan University and supports the foundation's activities as the digital strategist for the Bátor Camp.
