Futurist | AI-First Strategist | Architect of the Future of Work, Finance & Education
Rami Al Karmi is a globally recognized AI futurist and transformation strategist who helps institutions leapfrog into AI-native models across finance, education, and enterprise. He is the founder of UMMA AI, a venture studio and enterprise software company pioneering Enterprise Amplified Intelligence, built to help organizations scale 10X to 50X not by adding people, but by assembling intelligence. He currently serves as the President’s Assistant for Innovation at Al Hussein Technical University (HTU), where he also designed and launched HTUX.org a bold edtech platform reimagining the future of education, workforce readiness, and applied innovation in the Arab world. Rami made history as the first Chief Innovation Officer in a Jordanian bank approved by the Central Bank of Jordan, and today sits on the Central Bank of Jordan’s Steering Committee on AI & Future Tech in Finance, helping shape national AI strategy. He has personally trained over 1,000 professionals, from executives to educators, through his flagship “AI & ChatGPT for Non-Techies” masterclasses. He also serves on the boards of the Islamic Development Bank Institute (IsDBI) and Fintech Galaxy, and is the Chairman of ab(new)normal and FIN41, curating regional fintech summits like FinConJo under central bank patronage. Known for breaking molds rather than fitting them, Rami delivers provocative keynotes that rewire thinking, ignite transformation, and activate bold futures. His mission: to architect abundance through amplified intelligence — across the future of work, finance, and education.
