True breakthroughs are always born where real challenges exist. As a female creative from a small Central Eastern European country, I’ve learned that if I want to make an impact, I can’t simply go with the flow — I have to swim against it. This mindset has led me to serve on the film juries of Cannes Lions and Eurobest, as well as the grand juries of MAD Stars, Golden Drum, White Square, and many other international festivals. For me, creativity is not an end in itself but a tool for driving change. And that requires constant growth and openness. I see AI as the most reliable team member: it doesn’t sleep, doesn’t complain, and gets the job done — so we can focus on real ideas and strategic thinking. Artificial intelligence is not a threat, but an opportunity — a new creative partner worth learning to use wisely.
