Dr. Emese Belényesi, PhD, habil. is an Associate Professor at the University of Public Service (Hungary), an accredited trainer, business coach, and adult education expert. Her professional background spans both the banking and business sectors, where she held leadership positions, and the public sector, including research, higher education, and adult training. She holds degrees in economics (MSc), an MBA, a business training diploma, a qualification in business coaching, a PhD in education, and a habilitation in public administration sciences. Her teaching activities cover all three levels of higher education (BA, MA, PhD), with a focus on management and educational methodology. As a trainer and coach, she specializes in the professional and skill development of executives and leadership teams. Her research and publications primarily address public management, higher education, and the integration of artificial intelligence into these domains. Currently, she is involved as an expert in one international and two national research projects on artificial intelligence.
