Enikő Bereczki is a generational researcher, trainer, and the head of Mentor-Szanator Ltd. She is the author of the bestselling book The Mysterious Generation Z. Since 2006, Enikő Bereczki has been working with younger generations. She serves as a youth and generational expert for several national and international organizations, delivering trainings and development programs for both young people and professionals. Since 2015, she has been working with the Generation Dilemmas team, conducting intergenerational trainings, mentoring, and corporate research. As the head of Mentor-Szanator Ltd., she organizes intergenerational trainings and educational programs for companies. As a mother of three and a university lecturer, she has firsthand experience with younger generations.
